I’m Rhian…
…and I’m here to help.
When I first meet my Clients, they can often feel stuck with their space or colour scheme. Perhaps they’ve had a chat with a builder or they’ve looked into a paint brand consultation, but taking it further wasn’t the right next step.
At this point, the decision making can feel too much. Despite the need to make progress, their own dreams and desires are calling for more consideration in the process, which they know in their heart they want to include. Feeling a little ‘At Sea’, their biggest wish is to set sail, in the direction of their very own home.
Here For You
When you’re stuck at a particular stage of your renovation project or at the start, daunted by the series of steps ahead, the biggest help to you right now is clear direction. Clarity acts a bit like a key; it can release the confusion and unlock more confidence.
Perhaps you’re staring at a completely blank canvas or your space has drawn the final straw. Together we look at any quandaries that your project is causing, to move past any fear and become super, super clear.
All forms of home renovation are an investment, regardless of their components or size. A renovation can also cost our confidence, amidst time pressures or financial worry, as little doubts can start to creep in on the dream that you are trying to create.
“Am I doing the right thing? Is there a better way to achieve this? Will this work for us?…” are all valid concerns at this time. It’s important to make the right decisions at each step, with the expertise and guidance that’s listening to and supporting you.
Nothing feels better in a home renovation than a decision well made. It’s that feeling of not just getting past the overwhelm, but in the right direction and to an even better destination. Win, win and win!
Of course it’s possible to chat with friends, colleagues, neighbours, dabble on Pinterest and maybe even quiz a few trades which can be very helpful. Our consultation brings opportunity and objectivity together, to create the home that you want to return to.
Before Your Consultation
Once you've booked your consultation, you'll receive a short questionnaire designed to help make the most of our forthcoming time together. At your convenience, an informal conversation by telephone or email will be made with you to summarise any preparation for our meeting.
During Your Consultation
Drawings, links, plans or photos are best received in advance, as we look into these before we see you. During your consultation, we'll discuss any early thoughts or ideas you may have and assess how they could be achieved. With an unbiased approach, we'll discuss the possibilities right for you and your home. Then together, we'll prepare your next steps.
After Your Consultation
Following your consultation, we will prepare a summary of suggestions and recommendations for you. This is designed to make your next step clear and where appropriate, form the basis of your interior plans. We can also send you a proposal of our service and fees, in the event you require further support.
Thrive when you…
An Interior Consultation is possible online and in person. Over and above our time together, both meetings welcome preparation material to review. We also create a summary of our suggestions and recommendations, to complete our service to you.

FAQS
How soon can I book in?
We do our best to schedule your appointment, in the diary as soon as possible and this is usually within 10 working days. In the event you need an appointment sooner, it is recommended to give us a call first, so that we can see what we can do.
Payment is required to book all first appointments, in person and online. Please talk to us if you have any concerns regarding this and we’ll do our best to help.
Which one should I choose?
We recommend our power hour for plenty of direction and the order of play in your project. Why? Because what to do and when can cause a lot of procrastination. Whilst our power hour has been known to help with specific issues, a combination of clear recommendations for a room are popular. Together, we create your most productive to-do list.
By comparison, our in person meeting is best suited to site-specific challenges, accuracy and detail. It’s often the type that needs face-to-face support or agreement on site. Common inclusions are light dependant colour schemes for example, and guidance on proportions, measurements and samples. Rhian can assist with a programme of Consultancy alongside your Architects RIBA schedule, should this apply.
Who is my Consultation with?
All Interior Consultations are completed by Rhian Jones. Rhian is a trained Interiors professional, with a Diploma in Interior Design and approximately 7 years’ experience in the Interiors Industry. In April 2024, Rhian Jones became the Director of Seasonal Soul Home Ltd.
Remind me, what does POA mean?
POA means Price on Application and we realise that this can imply a premium price point.
What POA really means in this context though, is that the price is hard to estimate at this time, until we know your requirements. Our Consultancy fees are prepared on the basis of £75 p/hr. When we are supporting you on site, travel time and mileage may apply.
When is a Consultation worth it?
The thing is, everyone’s economy is different and the value placed on our support can be a personal one. We would always recommend that you choose to do what’s right for you at this time.
Our Interior Consultation is versatile and perhaps more importantly, it can save your time and money in the long run. In the subject of colour for example, we can provide clarity on the best wall colours, kitchen cabinet colours, countertop tones, woodwork tones, flooring tones or patterns. These are all important investments to get right, when you consider the part they play in your project, as it gradually comes together.
With regards to space planning, we can review your existing layout for further improvement. A consultation can also expand on any architectural proposals you may have. Quite often, the detail to the planning of the interior can be missing or very top-line and this can cause complications in the completion of your home.
It can be assumed that the bigger the spend and or schedule involved, the greater the dependence on the right decisions. In cases of DIY though, our advice can also save a weekend or few which can be just as important to our Clients! Give Rhian a call, to discuss your requirements and create the next step that’s right for you.
