A Home Consultation

Our Home Consultation is designed to relieve your worries at this time, with the expertise to suggest your best next step and the support to help you see it through.
A Design Proposal
Our design proposals are prepared, to help you visualise the brief and any early ideas for your home. Following a Home Consultation, this support is particularly useful when there are options to consider, as it can help a Client to see the right choice for them. Our proposals typically visualise the concept, layout, colour and key item content within each space. This preparatory step, can begin to create or complete a flow inside your home too. Solutions to any design problems start to become visible, to enable reassurance and the ease of adjustment where required.
A Design Plan
There's that old saying, 'fail to prepare, prepare to fail'. Visualisation plays such an important part in the process of home renovation. Our design plans typically include CAD development, FF&E (fitting, furnishing and electrical) planning and a full design specification beyond the confirmed proposal. In it's simplest form, a design plan can improve the project communication between parties, enable the clarity of cost and support the level of engagement in the end result. In our experience, the more detail that a Contractor can see in advance, the more professional and personable their delivery can be.
A Managed Service
Our Managed Service can be instructed to complete the end-to-end delivery of a bespoke design or chosen at the progressive step, to alleviate the complexities during an installation.
My exhaustive search for a designer capable of fulfilling the brief of a bespoke dressing room ended when I reached Seasonal Soul Home, from the first meeting until now as we are fully entrenched in the final hurdle to completion, I could not be happier. Allowing someone into your home is a big step, trusting another's judgement is difficult, until I met the owner/designer of Seasonal Soul Home. I gave Rhian a brief, the dressing room had to be functional, sympathetic with the listed building surroundings, it needed to flow from bedroom to dressing room then onto en suite & above all personal. All of which Rhian has to date delivered. The project has evolved over time, but everything has always been accommodated without issue. Although the project has taken longer than originally anticipated owing mainly to contractors lead times Rhian & I have collaborated to make this work. I was looking for a designer that had an eye for art & after many hours and exhaustive searches online I found Rhian on Houzz, I looked on her website & felt this may be what I had been looking for, however I wanted the initial consultation to clarify this gut feeling. After the consultation a plan of action was jointly approved and ideas gathered. The professional manner & attention to detail impressed me, Rhian's approach leaves no nasty hidden surprises, every stage of the project has been planned. Although my project has yet to complete (through no fault of Seasonal Soul Home) I feel compelled to say how impressed I am with the project thus far. I have a completed in depth plan, which has gradually evolved, I have been fully informed at every stage as to where we are in respect of cost & aspiration. The design has been delivered on schedule. The format within which Rhian completes the schedule ie: timescales, costs/invoicing is methodical. The final design hit the brief totally, I will end up with a usable, bespoke space fit for purpose.
