The design has been delivered on schedule. The format within which Rhian completes the schedule ie: timescales, costs/invoicing is methodical. The final design hit the brief totally, I will end up with a usable, bespoke space fit for purpose.
The proposal also demonstrated a sympathetic level of creativity – it reflected who we are and want to be rather than who the designer is, which was a concern we had at the beginning of the process. In short - Rhian got us.

After many years of largely "neutral" colour schemes my wife and I wanted to do something with a bit more colour for our open plan, kitchen/diner/living room. In addition after 4 years in our home, as keen cooks we'd learned our kitchen wasn't fit for purpose in terms of storage and facilities. Admiring our friends' refurbishments we were introduced to Rhian in September 2019. We're now enjoying the fruits of that meeting. A colourful spacious environment with a place for everything and a logical working kitchen layout. Rhian has assisted at every step and worked flexibly and tirelessly with us. If like us you knew what you wanted but didn't know where to start then we heartily recommend the Seasonal Soul approach. A key benefit was gaining the courage to make the final colour and finish choices without at any time feeling pressured. We're already thinking of future stages of house renovations and will be engaging Rhian's expertise once again.
Our Town House
We live in our place for a while and as time flew by we had quite decent vision of how we want to change it to make it a better fit for us. With no experience with similar projects we started looking for a professional designer and Rhian quickly responded. The conversation was very pleasant, Rhian sounds very competent and can quickly drew a draft of what is it that we might want. Every project should be taken with the focus on the outcome but because of her experience as a designer, Rhian quickly assessed and started questioning the actual rationale behind our plan. She helped us to realise what is it that we were after and focus on our actual pain points. Rhian's proposals were spot on and she always leaves room for changes making the plan to suit you and your needs. Our Home & Annexe
We asked Seasonal Soul Home Interiors to do one room in our house, the downstairs loo, and even before that project was finished my husband and I knew that we wanted her to do the library and a larger project, an annex apartment; to get it ready for B&B guests. All three spaces have now been completed. The library, a cold uninviting room before, is now warm and inviting on a cold winter's evening, as much as on a warm balmy Summer's evening, as per the spec we gave Seasonal Soul Home interiors. The colour scheme has made all the difference. The loo is again, warm, and cosy, where it had also been uninviting before. the annex apartment now has an amazing warm welcoming atmosphere, that many guests have commented upon. Whereas before it was cold and featureless, now if feels like a modern, warm space brought about by bringing the green of the garden outside, onto the walls inside. lastly, Seasonal Soul found us some beautiful blinds that added vastly to the classic look of the Kitchen and for now we feel our home is immensely more usable, warm and welcoming to all who live here and visit. My Magnolia Walls
I have lived in my new build house for 5 years. All the rooms were painted magnolia. At first it was lovely but as the years went by I found I hated magnolia. I desperately wanted to add some colour to my home but I didn’t know where to start, and then I found Rhian..... Rhian has helped me transform my home and my boring magnolia walls are firmly in the past. Rhian’s advice gave me the confidence to not only add colour to my home but add the right colours in the right places that worked with all my existing belongings, (which I learned mostly just needed to be rearranged) and by providing some much needed definition, and a few soft touches, my home has come together beautifully. I am so very pleased with all the help, advice and suggestions that Rhian provided, she made it so easy for me, not only giving me a variety of ideas but provided photos and links to everything making it so easy to choose any additional soft furnishings to finalise her suggestions. I can’t thank Rhian enough, it’s like she has a magic wand, she walks into a room, moves a few bits and pieces around and the room is instantly transformed. I can highly recommend Rhian, my home feels like my home now instead of a new build, I walk into every room and think, yes!, I love this room, I love my house. If you want to transform your home but don’t know where to begin then call Rhian because this lady not only knows how to do it but she makes it easy to do because she does all the hard work for you.
Our Georgian Apartment
We gave Rhian a brief that outlined our lifestyle requirements together with some key words that reflected us as people and what we wanted from the project. Her interpretation of the brief in her proposal took that and delivered in ways both thrilling and unexpected. It was emotional. It was a completely five star experience. We spent several hours going through her proposal for the apartment, talking through the various mood boards she presented, discussing colour, design, pattern and light. The proposal was highly professional and took due account of the technical aspects of these issues, especially with regard to light, which is an issue in our property. The proposal also demonstrated a sympathetic level of creativity – it reflected who we are and want to be rather than who the designer is, which was a concern we had at the beginning of the process. In short - Rhian got us. Not having done something like this before, we were uncertain about the process. We need not have worried. The communication at the presentation and over the following weeks has been exemplary. We are more than happy with the value for money we have received.
My Dressing Room
My exhaustive search for a designer capable of fulfilling the brief of a bespoke dressing room ended when I reached Seasonal Soul, from the first meeting until now as we are fully entrenched in the final hurdle to completion, I could not be happier. Allowing someone into your home is a big step, trusting another's judgement is difficult, until I met the owner/designer of Seasonal Soul. I gave Rhian a brief, the dressing room had to be functional, sympathetic with the listed building surroundings, it needed to flow from bedroom to dressing room then onto en suite & above all personal. All of which Rhian has to date delivered. The project has evolved over time, but everything has always been accommodated without issue. Although the project has taken longer than originally anticipated owing mainly to contractors lead times Rhian & I have collaborated to make this work. I was looking for a designer that had an eye for art & after many hours and exhaustive searches online I found Rhian on Houzz, I looked on her website & felt this may be what I had been looking for, however I wanted the intial consultation to clarify this gut feeling. After the consultation a plan of action was jointly approved and ideas gathered. The professional manner & attention to detail impressed me, Rhian's approach leaves no nasty hidden surprises, every stage of the project has been planned. Although my project has yet to complete (through no fault of Seasonal Soul) I feel compelled to say how impressed I am with the project thus far. I have a completed in depth plan, which has gradually evolved, I have been fully informed at every stage as to where we are in respect of cost & aspiration. The design has been delivered on schedule. The format within which Rhian completes the schedule ie: timescales, costs/invoicing is methodical. The final design hit the brief totally, I will end up with a usable, bespoke space fit for purpose.
